I will be filling my prescription elsewhere for now on. Luckily for me my prescription in non-life dependent however, I would be horrified to know that anyone who has life-dependent medication has this issue with negligence as well. I called multiple times to specify I needed branded prior to refill, but I still went over a week without my medication because of this negligence.
